This 1000Grit medium water stone has a large surface making sharpening longer knives easier. It is used to remove scratches from rougher stones and to further refine an edge. This grit is often effective for using as a starting point for blades in fairly good condition. 200 x 50 x 25mm (8″ x 2″ x 1″). Made in Japan. Boxed.
